Adrianna KezarAdrianna Kezar, PhD
Adrianna Kezar is a professor for higher education at the University of Southern California and co-director of the Pullias Center for Higher Education. She is a national expert on change, governance, and leadership in higher education, and her research agenda explores the change process in higher education institutions and the role of leadership in creating change. Kezar also directs the Delphi Project on the Changing Faculty and Student Success, which is dedicated to using research and data to better support non-tenure-track faculty and help create new faculty models to support higher education institutions in the future.

Rick RiccardiRichard Riccardi, ScD
Richard Riccardi is the senior associate provost and dean of libraries at Rider University. Previously, he served as associate vice president for institutional effectiveness at Southern Connecticut State University, overseeing institutional research, assessment, and planning. Riccardi has presented at national conferences and published numerous articles on topics such as enrollment management, program assessment, shared governance, data stewardship, collegiality, and the roles and responsibilities of department chairs.

Brian UdermannBrian Udermann, PhD
Brian Udermann is the director of online education at the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse, a position he’s held since 2007. In addition to his administrative duties, Udermann frequently works with colleges and universities to help them grow their online programing while ensuring the quality of such offerings. He has published more than 70 peer-reviewed scientific manuscripts, five book chapters, and two books, and has given more than 200 national and international presentations.
